HSBC 0 Available 100s in Bank Balance ?
 

Stealth Ebay...
i log online and the AVAILABLE balance is 0.00
HOWEVER there are SEVERAL 100s of dollars as Bank Balance... any1 else experienced this before? any input would be helpful...
btw.. savings account

What type of saver account is this? as you can get ISA/Bonds/Easy Access etc.

First time your having this issue?

Are you not able to transfer either?

UPDATE:
My account got closed
(Opened in march)
Reason:
1st agent:
because it went over 6 TRANSACTIONS (no WITHDRALWS have been made and its been only 4 TRANSACTIONS IN TOTAL)
and asked WHAT transactions... line suddenly went blank for a couple minutes and disconnected MISTERIOUSLY
2nd agent:
Because of Inactivity (last activity was 2 weeks ago[keep in mind this is a SAVINGS ACCOUNT])
same agent... because they dont see any transactions on their end, YET
there have been several deposits INTO the account...

2ND Update:
agent who CLOSED the account wasn't online HOWEVER... under their notes... agent told me was a violation of the deposit...

IM GUESSING.. it MUST be the MISMATCHING Names!


HSBC doesn't work for stealth any more?

What happened to your money though?

available balance is 0...

they ARE sending me a check and CLOSING the account...

its the one with the lowest minimum needed balance..(online savings)

any1 else have probs with HSBC for ebay stealth in the US?

You seem to be burning banks often, whats up? I am still active with Ally, also use HSBC with no issues. :noidea:

Ally Bank, and Bank Of America both closed a couple of my accounts recently same type thing. They said it was cause of in activity. When I finally got to the bottom it was because of not matching names.

Your funds are being held in a suspense account whilst they decide what they are going to do. You have no access at this point
