Need help getting my password back
 

Hello,

I have found a dormant ebay account i used to use
Perfect I thought,

So I have sold something, got the paypal email confirmation etc

sent it and got feedback

Now I have gone to log into the paypal account
I cannot remember the password,
It wont accept my primary school name or first pet name, (knowing me I put daft joke answers anyway)
There was no bank account registered to the account and

I cannot find the last 4 digits of the card all I know is it ends in zero three

What can I do?

you can choose another password reset option

it is done by them calling the number on the account

if you have access to it then your good to go

if not get your thinking cap on ;-)

What do you mean the number on the account

Im not able to log in, but I can log into the ebay account which was 'tied' to that paypal

We have discussed it and I still cant get anywhere

Even with a confirmed phone number it reverts back to said questions in first post

heres exactly what i did for reference

this is an old legit account

followed steps to recover password, failed on secret questions (they dont work)

Cant find card details

Clicked on phone verification, someone else entered code for me as i was out and about
sent me back to security questions

Now I tried the phone verification again with another phone number on there

Ran down stairs but missed the call.

It sent an email with a link,
This link said I could get a password sent in the post
It shows the first and last part of the address, so clicked send

hopefully I will get it in the post
