Seller account suspended but receiving mail to improve my selling
 

Hi Everyone,
Hope all is well.. Just got back from FL as we celebrated my 3 yr olds birthday with my parents.. Had my mail on hold and when I went to the PO, I had 3 pieces of literature from Ebay stating how Michael Donahue thanked me for being a top rated seller and keep up the good work, blah..blah.. blah and some seminar conference on how to sell more effectively and that you should schedule an appt with a consultant.

THE IRONY is my seller account is restricted indefinitely with no options to ever sell again but I can still buy on this account.... I called them lastnight and asked if they were reinstating my account as I'm receiving all this seller stuff lately and they were like huh?? Then the rep goes on to argue that she's looking at my account and I don't see any "emails" regarding selling...blah..blah..blah.. I told her MAIL.. meaning USPS regular mail...(I did read her the letter and literature that I had in my hands)..

After being on hold for 15 minutes, she gets back on the phone, says there's no way to sell ever again on ebay and she'll be contacting "UPPER MANAGEMENT" on this issue and will have all correspondence regarding selling removed from my address..

Thank god for STEALTH.. Really sad that these are the people are in charge of your destiny...And kudos to OGE and GTB for being such great mentors... Just wanted to rant about my experience.. Hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's day... :) Tami

Upper managament ha - bunch of pointless threats. Sadly - waste of your time. Best to go stealth and I do hope you had a nice Mother's day. Many of us know this score.

Try being on hold for 42 minutes :ahhhhhh:

I am sure glad I have not had to talk to pp for a long time.

Do not have the patience for hold for 42 min.

That`s where you get a speaker phone going.

Have to be careful to answer the phone correctly. Risky to call for different accounts:doh:

42 minutes?? GB you have the patience of a saint.. Who do these people think they are keeping you on hold for 42 minutes.. And it's not like they come back with any intelligent feedback.. All answers are scripted... :)
