Create an Non-US ebay number but operates with a US IP address?
 

Hello.
My ebay account got limited as 'indefinitely limited to selling'.
They still keep my current listings and let me sell, but not allowing me to edit old listings or list new things.

I have another nationality, and I want to open another ebay account with my location set to a foreign country/a foreign address instead of a US address.
but I am living in the US so basically I will operate my ebay store with a US IP address.
Willl ebay have a problem with an IP address from a different country other than the user's registered country?

And what if i link my new ebay account to a US based paypal account ? Or is it better to link to a paypal account with the same registered country?
I have a foreign address and a foreign bank account.
Or is it still safer to have everything US based, since i'm in the US?
