Initial Seller Limit 0Items/$0

WTF! Made some new Ebay accounts. Each started with 0Item/$0 Limit. Had to request higher limits. Then only got 10/$500 Selling Limit. Is this new? Or am I missing something?

It's always been 10/500 at the initial signup for seller accounts.
And then request higher limits for more.

Anyone else ever seen this before? Or is this new.

Are your paypal accounts that you are attaching to the ebay aco****, Verified? OR do they have limits, because i know ours in the UK only increase limits on ebay accounts when our paypal accounts are fully verified.

Yes, I had this last week. 0/0. i had to call in then they raised it to 50/2500, without verifiying anything, maybe a glitch?
