New stealth PayPal account DOA in 2days!! What went wrong?

Hello all, I thought I’d ask for your opinion on my failure.
PayPal sent me an email “we noticed a problem with your account”
They want proof of address, ss#, government issued photo ID
They told me they think I’m “sharing an account”.
I’m trying to figure out, what went wrong.
Here’s what I did for the setup:

New user account on PC + CCleaner before every use in addition to switching router for ip address.
I used a PO Box from USPS in business name (looks like a person’s name).
VCC and VBA worked for verification and limit lift after expuse number entered.
eBay phone verification worked (google voice). Now I have a seller account.

The setup was good, I think I screwed up somewhere after, maybe one of these actions?
1) Bought seven small items on eBay in 2 days total $39
2) Funded with green dot MoneyPak $50 (asked for my ss#) I know it’s been said on the forum this is okay, but I list it as a maybe.
3) After I bought item number 4 I noticed that the eBay address did not have my “office” number in the address 2 field. I went to my profile and added it as (number / XXX) it was rejected and suggested that it should read “ofc XXX”. I made the change. I also asked the sellers of the first 3 items to check that the mailing address included my office number.

Did I make too big a stink about the address and that caused PayPal to raise and eye? (Stupid in retrospect)
Or, was it the 7 small items in 2 days?
And finally, could it have been the green dot MoneyPak or something else?

I am starting work on my 2nd stealth account and don’t want to make the same mistake.
Thanks in advance for any wisdom you might be able to share.

Im no pro here with stealth, very very green myself. I am starting my first acct. but looking at your info, you said about the moneypaks added. Did you supply you ssn? If so, that wiuld give pp our real name, and they might see that and then check out your stealth name, and that raised a flag. Also what tpe of items did you buy? Im confused what you mean abiut our address.

I did supply my SSN. for the green dot MoneyPak.
I didn't want to but I came back to the forum and I'm sure I read here that it was okay and that green dot didn't share the info. (if this is wrong then how to initially fund the PayPal account?)
The 1st items I bought were sent to the street address for the Post Office with no office/PO number. I'm sure I entered it when I registered at eBay but the number wasn't there, so I added it the next day.
Thanks.

Your plan looks pretty organized... Maybe too much too quick?
I doubt though that they would share SS#
I never much liked the moneypak... Nothing concrete its just a gut thing...

Could be a variety of things but I wont use GD on a new account.

Many here have posted issues with it starting out. Most add it later to fund an account to ship, buy etc.

No need to buy several things. I am still confused as to why people are doing this to gain feedback. Must be missing something but I am not going to be buying up a bunch of stuff just to get some feedback. It does not help you get your selling limits raised so what is the use?

I can build fb by shipping fast and communicating.

Does funding an off eb pp via moneypac require SS? Could a work around be funding prior to linking the pp to eb?

Do not use moneypacs on new PP accounts it always seems to get your account in pay pals eyes and they always seem to want your SS and real Address.

Your problem is MoneyPak

2 years ago i used to add moneypak to my girlfriend paypal account using my SSN

Next day account was limited

So my advice do not use moneypak for Stealth accounts will get you limited

Good luck

I think PayPal looks at funding new accounts with MoneyPak as suspicious.
Taking Sandy D's advice on my new stealth account (opened yesterday).
I didn't fund it at all, I verified and then lifted limits with VCC and VBA.
I opened an eBay account and verified as seller with googlevoice.
I listed a small item and will ship using credit card on 3rd party site.
This way I'm working on lifting my seller limits on eBay and funding the PayPal account at the same time.
I will leave the funds from the 1st several sales in my PayPal account, until it gets over $200.
Then I will add my new WalMart MoneyCard for future withdrawals.
In the meantime, if this works out, I will open 9 more accounts so I can sell small and not raise flags.
Also, if this works, I will fell more confident in using a total stealth addy instead of PO boxes.
Thanks for all the comments, I will post results after 1 sale.

1. /quote every use in addition to switching router for ip address.

Does this mean you have a NEW IP? Router wont change IP address.

2. What VCC did you use?

3. Have you tried to sell anything?
