Unable to send second-chance offers anymore!
 

Greetings Aspkin'ers.
I am unable to send second-chance offers anymore, just had a batch of auctions ending and they all went for good prices. I want to bank double by sending second-chance offers out but eBay is not letting me do this. I never had this problem before.

The following must be corrected before continuing:

Please select a non-winning bidder.

I am selecting a non-winning bidders and the available quality is plentiful.

Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks,

Maybe it's just a glitch?

Have you reached your selling limit for the month?
Because they do come off your monthly selling limit.

No I haven't reached my selling limits, i am having this problem from several months never actually took action but now I feel I am in loss due to not sending second-chance offers :(

That is weird but I had an account a while back do this. Several days later it allowed me to send one.

Perhaps you have reached some sort of limit on your account which resets after a certain period? :noidea:
Like the limits you get on new accounts when listing in certain categories?

But the error message doesn't make any sense ' Please select a non-winning bidder '
I guess, I'll give them a call!

Problem solved.
Today I had a very similar problem. I was not able to cancel a transaction due to some error then I changed from IE to Opera and I could cancel the transaction, plus I could also send second chance offers.

Glad to hear it wasnt something worse :D

So it was browser-related issue?

Yes, something was not right with my internet explorer and using Opera fixed the issue.
