Is using the same banned phone number risky on ebay

Can you get linked if have the same phone # regiestered from a banned account? But everything else is differnet and IP? Because I have the # on my stealth its been 5 months

If you were really doing that then you would know that to re-use banned info is not a good idea.

If your ebay account gets reviewed manually the not as stupid ebay staff person will go

'Oh what have I here? The phone number on file is on the records as being used B4. I think that means I will suspend the account and ask the seller to prove their ID.
I dot know a real lot about this stuff. But I think that person has already been here before. Well they have a problem. This is enough to finish their account'.
