Paypal? Dealt with them a long time ago. I left so fast it created a draft in my monitor. They are a nightmare.

PP can expand to anything they want.

With the way they hold all the money from limited accounts they can invest it in other things.

Now they have told us they are no longer putting those held funds into interest accounts you can see what they are doing now with it.

Paypal wont give out the info but they have invested in many different things over the years.

Using our money of course.
