important change of paypal?
 

I formerly never use two small deposits to verify my us stealth paypal account, I just use "instantly verify", recently I want to do one test on new VBA resource, so verify my stealth paypal account with "deposit two small money", (if verification is successful, I will use these VBA to Canadian account) after I add the bank account, I get one email says"

PayPal sent 2 small deposits to your bank account. (We retrieved them soon afterwards.)

Check your bank account in 3-5 days for the deposit amounts.

Log in to your PayPal account, click Confirm Bank Account, and enter the amounts.

if paypal is retrieving two small deposits from the bank account, does they will see the name of account holder, does they will limit the paypal account if they find that the name doesn't match? formerly I use VBA for Canadian account they don't retrieve small deposits. anybody have same experience when use VBA to verify US' paypal account with small deposits, does Canadian paypal also retrieve two small deposits now?

when I add one external account to my bank account, my bank is do similar thing, send 2 small deposits then retrieve two small deposits, if paypal can't find the unmatched name of bank account holder, I think all of bank in US also don't find the unmatched information at one external account. so can we transfer money between bank accounts under different names?

if the bank can find the unmatched information, I think paypal also will find. so I think we will can't use any VBA of US for Canadian account any more.

This question has been covered extensively in the forums. So far it appears that nothing untoward occurs but that's not to say that it wont
