| | | | | Quiet_Storm | 06-04-2012 06:22 PM | Taking the stealth plunge!!, please comment on my technique Ok after reading the guide and researching the forums I think I am ready to get my 1st stealth account going. Can you guys tell me what you think please comment on here - On each account I will have a new username on my computer for cookies etc.
- I have Sky Broadband which simply requires turning the modem on and off to change i.p :)
- I will have g-mail accounts for each user with images disabled
- My names on my paypal and ebay will be any random name. If Paypal requests documents then it is documents they will get. Tee hee
- Address- Virtual Address, mail forwarding or po box ( with variation to make it not look like a po box). Not sure which option to go for.
- Phone- Call forwarding
- bank account- Natwest Current account, is that fine for verification?
- Card-Entropay
ok, (web fingerprinting, touchpad fingerprinting, deleting photo data from my images), do I need to take any of this seriously or is this just Paranoia??
My goal is to have 10 stealth accounts. I also have an halifax online saver, does it work?? I have seen a workaround to get it on pp but does it last??
Should I avoid savings accounts all together?
I need 8 more bank accounts, which banks should I target?
Thanks in advance |
| GrannyT | 06-05-2012 04:34 AM | Lot of questions
Overall looks good - not totally sure about your address options though
Personally I never use savers because of the potential for problems but some posters report a lot of success with them - time to use the search button I would suggest.
Bank accounts - suitable banks are well covered in the forums
Good luck with it |
Welcome to the forums . All the best. |
| jamblix | 06-05-2012 08:07 AM | Make sure you track those IP addresses, at one point if UK IP blocks are anything like here in the US, IPs will cross. Some people say yes pics can be traced, I accidentally took pics from my iPhone and uploaded them to my desktop on different accounts without cleaning any data, nothing happened.
You probably don't need to worry about more banks accounts and 5+ accounts at this point. Each account takes time to build, if you're anything like the rest of us handling 3-4 accounts will be enough for the first few months. Having 4-5 checking accounts at two different banks should be easy to get. |

What would you suggest for an address? |
| GrannyT | 06-05-2012 08:56 AM | No suggestions - that's for you to work out I'm afraid - just make sure you have access to whatever address you use - you MAY need it to increase initial selling limits |
| roberteng | 06-05-2012 12:13 PM | Ya, about address. Which i dont want to get anyone involve, can i just put any nearby office building on my ebay account & CC same as above? Sorry for being stupid, just to make sure as my CC mailing add is my home. |
| GrannyT | 06-05-2012 12:15 PM | In the UK Ebay have started sending out letters when some people want to increase their selling limits - how will you get yours if they do that? |
| roberteng | 06-05-2012 12:27 PM | Ok i see, here is different. Asian i would say not as hard working, close to lazy:FF:
I just need HSBC CEO to fax them my CC statement with their Asia Building add. Thanks bro. |
If you are not worried about returns...any nice address can do. |
| roberteng | 06-05-2012 12:51 PM | Thank bro for the reminder, for me top rated acc 600+ feedback 99.99% selling only ORIGINAL item & i dont accept returns for ITEM. please add (SAME & GIVE):humble: I feel proud as im always the first top 3 in the listing.
Now:surrender:better stay at the last 3.:mod: |
| Quiet_Storm | 06-06-2012 06:03 PM | Which stealth address route to go down? I want to create some stealth accounts but I am really racking my brain on what addresses route I should go down. I dont wanna spend monthly fee on a mail box. I have no problem providing i.d and documents I was thinking of going down the empty address route but then what if they send me a confirmation letter. I need your guidance. And please don't tell me to "think outside the box", I have tried that, I need suggestions. |
| myfriday09 | 06-06-2012 06:23 PM | What sort of confirmation letter do you speak of?
I've used empty addresses several times without issues on stealth accounts |
| Quiet_Storm | 06-06-2012 06:53 PM | I've read in a few threads that Paypal sometimes send a letter out to the address to confirm that you really live there. But this seems to be a random but common occurence. |

This is a vital part of stealth that almost every UK user now has some difficulty with due to the potential of e/b sending a letter to your registered address when raising selling limits.
No one is going to detail what, where or how to use PO boxes and virtual addresses so you will have to read, research and think outside the box as you put it. The most successful stealthers are the ones who can and do think outside the box. |

I will private message you Noneother later and tell me what you think. Hopefully you will love this method and will give me one of your methods in return. I will message you later. |
