New Paypal old bank accoiunt

Before I read Stealth I opened a second ebay and paypal account. My present accounts are under my old address. The new accounts are under my present address. Paypal has details of a second credit card and bank account. These new accounyts have not yet been used. Now I realize that these new accounts have the same IP address as the current ones. If I were to cancel these new accounts is it possible to open ebay and paypal again under a different email, use my present address, credit card and bank account? Or do I have to start all over again with a stealth account? Again, I have not yet been suspended, but I sell Vero goods and half expect it to happen sometime in the future

Start again I'm afraid. Assets used are useless on anything else.

I would keep it going as long as I could while at the same time getting new ones in place

i dont think u can add a bank to another pp once its been used. i know vcc can never be added to another account.

You can add the same bank account to another Paypal if you remove it from the previous Paypal before you get limited. I've done it a couple times when i first started out and kept getting linked via eBay but my Paypal was never limited, i dont think Paypal keeps your banking information because there are still a few bank accounts i still use that were from accounts that got shut down.
But you cannot do this if your paypal is limited, if your paypal gets limited the bank account is dead.

Once a bank account has been added to one PP A/C, it is rendered useless for safe use for any other PP A/C in the long run, even if it comes from a previous PP that has yet to be limited/suspended.

PP does keep ANY & ALL previous account details on file for any respective PP A/C.

3 of my bank accounts has been through a few eBays that have been suspended. and after i got everything rolling the three accounts that these banks are linked to have been running for 9 months without problem.

You mean to say through a few PP A/C, this would be an anomly from all I know on this subject & go against the grain of common consensus.

Well through a few PP accounts that were linked to eBay accounts that were suspended but the Paypal never were limited. If the PayPal were limited you cannot even add the accounts to new PPs. I'm not sure why it works but it seems to work for me. I didn't think it would at first but i haven't had a problem doing it.
