Default pp bug or wad?

ok so i have alot of stealth and thye are still healthy,then i came across this bug.

-I send $400 from account A to B
-then use account B to pay $400
-then whenever i wanna send the $,it still says "pls add more funds to the account"
-I tried other numbers like $100 or higher and still doesnt work.
-I tried like $1 and i am able to send that $1
-Tried waiting for like 3+days and the bug is still there.

is there any solution to this?

Hmm - what was the Reason that you chose for sending the $400? Gift? Payment? eB ay?

ok this is getting weird as i emailed PP yesterday
