MC999 Selling limits changed - due to linked with unknown account
 

Ok, so I have created a stealth about 2 weeks ago. Fresh everything per the stealth book, had taking it very slow with selling.

But today, received an email from eBay saying MC999 selling limits have changed (decreased) due to linked with another restricted eBay account.

However, this linked account doesn't belong to me, and I have never heard of it.

Shall I call eBay to get this solved?

After careful research on the linked acc, I see the owner of that restricted acc goes to the same Uni with me. And I have logged into my acc from a computer lab in my Uni. Could this be the reason we got linked? How can I resolve this and get the selling limit increased?

You can't unless you send in your stealth docs proving that you are not the same person.
You should never log into your eBay on a stealth account unless its from the designated windows user.

Yeah, I regret to use it in a public computer.

What doc do I need to send in to eBay to prove I'm a different person?

not gonna tell you how to get the docs u need to be creative if you choose to do it, sometimes it easier just to start over and create a new account but you will need a ID and a utility bill.

Ok, if I don't contact eBay about anything, will my acc get limited further?
