Can ebay/paypal track me through my email? I have never logged in
 

OK so I am new here. i have a ebay account at the college i go to and when i go home i dont use it . I log into a diffferent user account on my mac and i just browse ebay. Today I wanted to start a new ebay (just a home account) as a backup just incase :).
I was reading up and i bought the stealth guide and it said that i can be tracked through email. I have previously read over my email to my school account on my computer.
If i open a new ebay account with a new user id on my mac (it also has a new ip not associated with the school account i dont think) will it get limited for the emails i checked?
Also i never logged into the school ebay account at home i only just opened and read the emails.

Do i need to call comcast and change my ip address before making the new ebay account and a new mac user? Or am I ok because i only used it to check emails i never logged in.

Also with my new stealth account will classified adds (2 or 3) get me suspeneded. I would not list them immediately only after like 2 weeks.

Also I have been browsing ebay with a different old computer i had that i used with my first account (suspended) but i never logged in with that old computer i only browsed can ebay ban that ip for browsing with no log in?

Ebay/Paypal can track you with web beacons, the best advice is to use Gmail with images turned off.

Ebay Logs all IP addresses that come into contact with the Ebay/Paypal websites.
If you don't log into Ebay they can't link your accounts, only when you log into different accounts with the same IP will you be linked.

When you log onto different Ebay accounts you need to make sure they are different IP's. (search the forum for "changing IP's). There is no need to call your Internet provider unless they gave you a Static IP, which i doubt.

With classified ads, I don't know if you will be banned, I am sure other people might have an answer to that question.
