Ebay/paypal buying account only.
 

Ok so a while ago i had a seller account on ebay and paypal and a buyer opened a charge back after 6 months and won. the case it was for over 400$ and then my paypal went neg and my ebay limited. they asked me to pay fees I said screw it! On the suspended accounts they had all my real info.

With my suspended ebay account (owes fees) and suspended paypal (in the neg) could i get a new bank account, a p.o.box for shipping and a simon gift card and open up a new ebay and paypal for buying only in my name?

I have searched on the forum and found that ebay doesn't look at buying accounts. So could i even use my same address with a slight variation and a name variation with my real bank account info to fund paypal purchases with and be ok? (of course will use a new user on my computer and set up a new ip). Or would this not work sense i "owe" paypal and ebay money?

If you use the same address, it will become linked with your suspended account, even if it's a buying account.

The key point is what if later on you do want to do selling? Why risk ANY old info? Do stealth - have an address that's accessible or nicely change an old one to look new.

ebay changed its game. Both ebay/paypal look at buyer's accounts. They do that because every dog & his man tried to bypass being suspended.
