I was just on ebay and saw this.....monster products
 

monster products has its own store now, name of it is monsterproducts..... how can they have such a huge inventory and only have 6 feedback.

Well i just checked the said seller and and he has no inventory :boink:

Maybe because they just started selling? Of course, that is assuming that this REALLY IS the official Moster Corporation store and not some small seller just claiming to be them.

Naw has to be legit, way too many sales for it to be some China seller. PP and eB would have shut that down, competitors would have ratted, unless he's the luckiest SOB in the world. Plus he had to have had all that inventory in stock and ready for shipping, must have been in the game a long time for it to be this professional.

I think this store might has some issues. They list their location in north las Vegas, CA but north vegas is in Nevada.

Yea very weird. I still would never buy from them if if they where real. I can get better earphones for much cheaper and less flash.

it looks like all the items they have sold are Refurbished.

I saw their banner featured on eBay's main-page and it redirects to 'Monster Products' with 12 feedbacks.

Yeah as above said, they are on the front page of eB right now. Must have figured out that their products are getting sold like hotcakes on eB and decided to set-up shop, about time. Jesus these guys are gonna make so many sales...

Would it be easier to overcome the limitations if registered as a business? Provide business license and etc?

yeah I seen that on the ebays homepage and they only became a member earlier this year. From the looks of things they are only selling there refurbished inventory on ebay and above knock off rates
Also they do have standards they cant contradict for other authorized sellers. so if your some idiot who has no clue there are knock offs then what would you buy? a supposedly new pair for 99 or refurbished for 249? SO IMO i think its really them but no one is buying because to many care about style and price and not quality

So if I buy a few of them and claim they are knockoffs do I get to keep them and get my money back
