Selling gucci on new stealth account
 

Hi senior,

Need advice as my wife want to sell off her Authentic Gucci wallet with photo copy reciept which bought in Gucci Shop. I only have 2 account now & it only 2-3 month old. Will i run into trouble if i list it?

P.S. selling other stuff VXXX item on both. Thanks all.

Nice detailed pictures of important aspects like logos, seams, stitching along with the receipt should be fine to sell. Of course you never know with eB, worst case scenario you get an MC019 and you need 3 of those for your account to get toast.

Exactly as jamblix said. It's tough to sell that, sometimes companies don't want you selling their items regardless if its real or not. But if you show proof of purchase and take detailed pictures, you should be okay. I'm not 100% on this though.

Could you tell me the period of time for these 3 times? Is it for 1 year period or the whole life of the account?

There's no right or wrong answer to this. Each case is judged by eBay on it's own merit. Some accounts can get axed on the first MC019, others can survive a lot more than 3. It's all down to the "risk" that eBay's software bots associate with your account.

Yes, that is true. Personally for me it is always on the 5th one that the account is suspended, although maybe it is a different case since the MC019 is not for the item directly violating copyright on its own, but because the software included on it allows you to do so. So now I just use different wording and have not had a problem since.

Key is to stop violating the damn mc019 over and over, once you get the first 7 day, it's time to relax. I have a few accounts that got hammered because of competitors reporting random BS reasons for removal.

If you have 10 stealth accounts, let me assure you. You can get anything removed off ebay if you try hard enough.
