Entropay Documentation Request

Could you please help?
I have got this message from Entropay today...

Dear *****,

Your EntroPay username is ********.

Whilst carrying out a random security check, we have noticed that your account needs further verification. In line with EntroPay's User Agreement we have temporarily restricted your account.

Your account will be fully reactivated once we have received and reviewed the following:

- A copy of a valid photo ID (both sides), such as: National ID card, Passport, Driving License, Official government issued Photo ID (Army, Police, Diplomatic), or residency permit

- Proof of address, such as: a postal bank statement, a postal credit card statement, a mobile phone bill, an online utility bill or financial statement. Note: any verification document must have been issued in the last 90 days

- A copy of both sides of all bank cards registered on your account. For security reasons only the first 6 and last 4 digits should be visible, also please COVER the 3 digit security code (CVV) at the back of the card. (If your funding source is a virtual card please provide us with a screenshot)

I have opened the entropay account in my stealth details to match my paypal account.
At first I just wanted to add (to paypal) my proper debit card but after the advise I got from here I went and opened an Entropay virtual card and successfully added it to paypal (I have been told the paypal info needs to match the card details as they verify this hence I cannot use my debit card)

So How can I confirm to Entropay now?

I have researched the forum and found that some of you have undergone the entropay verification process but used their real info. I cannot submit my real doc to entropay as they do not match with the account info.
So are stealth docs my only option?
I do not have a problem with submitting stealth docs to paypal (they are bast***s after all) but doing this to Entropay I am not sure about...

Is submitting stealth doc to Entropay the only option to get the account back with them?

My paypal account is verified now and I have made a couple of payments using this entropay card.

EP should not be made in stealth details - they have no links to PP so why did you get this impression? Not you have to submit details that match the registration info - are you able to?

No I am not able to do that... the EP account is in stealth details which I have not even prepared for paypal yet as so far the did not ask for them.

I have been told paypal does check if the card added to the account match the details for the account (Address Verification System) so I went and opened EP in stealth details...

If you open EP in real info then how will it pass the above mentioned Address Verification System?

You should make entropy in your own details. If you have already verified PayPal then I gues you should make a new entropay account in your proper details and just write the other one off.

Please clarify as I am confused...

Entropay should not be made in stealth details...
Make in real details, they will ask for docs ...send them in and all will be fine in a few working days - Good Luck!

Ok but what about the address verification system

Once you've verified your entropay account you can change the address in the account settings tab before using the card. You seem to be able to change it an unlimited amount but i've only changed it 2 or 3 times.

Hope this helps.

1. Ditch this stealth EP.
2. Create an EP in YOUR REAL INFO.
3. Submit info if requested.

Thanks for your advise. I am still a bit lost though...
It means I have to (after EP verification) change not only the address but also the name? will EP allow me to change the name on the account...
if I only change the address will paypal not see the name does not match?

OMG I thought paypal was my only worry... Is there any better card that will not ask me for all this......................

AVS as in Address Verification System, not Name Verification System.

why wouldnt you do that in the first place ?

I am sure all PayPal can confirm is that the long number, expiry date and cvs number match and they take a £1 payment. Sure I have read that can't check the name or address and you should fill these out on PP with your stealth details
