Buyer put wrong/incomplete address
 

I sold an item on eBay and the buyer has put the same address on eBay and PP so that is where I sent the item by 1st class recorded delivery. It was returned to my home address as an incomplete address.

What can I do as I am not sending it again unless he pays me the postage, but I also don't want to really do a refund as I am guessing that goes against me, it is a new stealth account.

You will need to message the buyer for the correct address and you might have to resend it at your own expense. If the postage is cheap enough I usually send it but if it's heavy and expensive, I talk to the buyer to send me extra funds for resending it again.
