Ebay Suspeneded and paypal refund payment to buyer after 7 days
 

After my ebay account suspeneded and all listing was removed , the paypal held all my funds immediately.
After 7 days, paypal refund money to buyers automatically even though I have shipped item to buyers.
The problem is that I ship item from China. It takes 7~10 days. 7 days is too short for buyer to receive item.

Does anyone have this problem before?
Does anyone know how to avoid paypal hold payment after ebay account suspeneded?

Were you selling counterfeit &/or VeRO items ???

You are US based but you are shipping from China ??? How have you set this up ???
