Need help getting my ebay back on its feet.....
 

Please need info on how to do this.....

account is under my mothers name paypal has been limited(Ebay is running fine), i did some research about dba and llc i want to get one of those under my name and once approved change my mothers info into all to my info,i want to do this all legally and sell legit items i am moving in 2 days will have a new phone number and address so im guessing this is a BIG PLUS and i wont mess up this time for sure.(but will make alot of stealth accounts just in case)

So my question is which one is better to use LLC or DBA?

What merchant should i use other then paypal ?

Will it be a problem after getting approved to change all the info on the ebay account?

My gross of at least 50k in this year and alot more the next.

I also logged on today and saw a power selling icon next to the feedback..... i was shocked :confused:

You wanting to use the ebay account that was linked to the limited paypal account?
If thats the case, you can be sure the lifetime of the ebay account wont last long :violin:

Ebay / Paypal keep all past and current information you put on your account.
Have you had a suspended ebay account with your own details before?

Your right on that one but i have so much inventory that i have to start selling, i have alot of debt and im trying to figure out a solution fast!!!

Once i get out of it then i can think about the long run do more reaserch and take it slow like everyone on this forum is recommending.

but id like them to be in my situation and see if theyed be able to take it slow :laugh:....

im also going to go to alot of store tomorrow moring to see if i can get some extra cash by selling some of my inventory as bulk, also will get an appointment with a high class ebay power seller that has over 30k feedback tomorrow and try to get out of this hole i dug myself into fast and hopefully soon will be as educated as you guys.
