multiple eb accounts

I have 2 ebay accounts with 1 papypal account. The first one has been gong very well for some time. Today I decided to try the 2nd account selling 2nd hand goods . No problem except that ebay have limited it to either 10 items or £650 per month. They will raise the limit if I advise them that it is linked to another account. In view of the advise about keeping a low profile, and the vero goods I sell, would I be causing any waves? I actually set up the 2nd account just in case I got a vero warning on the 1st, so that I could continue

This is not a good approach if this was the purpose for a secondary EB A/C.

It is better to have a separate EB/PP A/C each than to LINK them to another EB A/C as anything that happens to the first EB/PP A/C will also affect the secondary LINKED EB A/C.

Definitely do not advise ebay/pp that you have two accounts. They are already linked due to using the same paypal.

You should make each ebay have their own paypal. That way it will never get linked with one another. And of course a different ip address.

There's absolutely nothing wrong in running 2 Ebay accounts to 1 Paypal account. I have actually been running 3 active Ebay accounts linked to 1 Paypal account for over two years. 1 is a TRS Business Account, the other two are private accounts.

It does not circumvent selling limits on accounts but it does help if your listings are prone to VeRo takedowns or you are being targeted by malicious buyers / competition.

Yes, the accounts are linked and if one account gets suspended then the other is almost certainly going to follow.

The ideal scenario is 1 Ebay to 1 Paypal but several ebay accounts can be linked to 1 Paypal if you know what you're doing and don't rip the p*ss out of it.

Focus on running individual accounts initially and then add the second ebay accounts when the initial ones are fully established with some good quality seller feedback on them.

Just keep running smoothly - dont press hard for more limits...you may actually be stuck with a SPREAD of the 1 limit over 2 accounts (so HALVED).

2 ebays to 1 paypal will work if you do it right, but if 1 goes down both go down.

For me it is so much easier to just make 1/1 and not have to worry about losing two accounts at one time.

Yes - spread over new stealth...also helps to increase chances of getting nice account rep.
