prepaid card - why?
 
I dont use prepaid cards on my stealth accounts. I dont list any card details at all. I'm wondering why everyone is using them?

Its an extra layer of security in ebay/pp eyes. If the crap hits the fan, they feel as though they can cover their losses and recoup their money.
Makes the account look genuine that you wont flee.
