is it 100% true that banks never give out our real info to ebay/paypal?

Nothing involving ebay/paypal could be true.

Yes, there are laws that say info is not to be released.

i had a PP account that was suspended about 4 months ago,with £1400ish in it (180 days hold)

last week i received an email that my funds are available for withdrawal so i withdraw all of it. but i still didnt pay the ebay fees(£240) i owe them since im not going to use that account anymore and they hold my money for so long.

so i was wondering if debt collectors can get my real details from my bank?

doese debt collectors have such a power?

doese it sound dodgy if i ask my bank this question ?
