Default "Monthly Selling Allowances"

"You can sell up to 10 items or up to £650.00 per month, whichever comes first. "

Notice the word "Sell"

A scammer buys something(and does not pay)I was selling which has maxed out my selling limit for June.

Spoke on Ebay chat, they say It's actually a "listing limit"

Absolute **** from Ebay, **** them to hell.

I could swear that recently I had to cancel/relist and the auction did not count towards my limit.

If you cancel and relist it does not effect the overall total as only completed sales count i.e. a sale reduces the amount that can subsequently be listed and continues that way until the number of completed sales is equal to the monthly allowance therefore not allowing any further listings until the new month starts.

If you sell an item and the buyer doesnt pay it still gets deducted from the 10 items you can list so you will have 9 even if you open a case.

BUT if you list an item and then take down the listing manually before it sells, ebay will refund you that one item so if you had 9 you could list and then you took down a listing you'd have 10.

Well thats what happens for me atleast. ^_^"
