Default can I get negative feedback removed

had a buyer leave negative feedback when i have not had payment.

they purchased the item but several days later I sent them a message asking for payment, they replied saying they had PP issue so they asked for address to send payment (my own not stealth address), several more days later still no payment so I open dispute, they now have left negative feedback saying they posted payment to me but item not arrived.
can the negative be removed!

When you close the unpaid item case, any feedback left should be removed automatically. If it doesn't, contact eBay and they'll do it for you.

Yes it's removed if no payment received, if they pay you may have trouble removing

Yes. It can be removed. I had a customer purchase an item and within a couple hours asked me to cancel the order. I cancelled and refunded. The buyer left me negative feedback. I contacted eBay support via email, sent proof to the request, etc. eBay didn't understand why the buyer did that and removed it. It was done in approximately 24 - 48 hours.

Yep, contact eb or open a case. Do not sell the item to them. If they pay you somehow do not ship it to them. Refund and cancel the transaction and say u sold it already. If they left you a neg for that they will most likely neg you when they will receive it anyway for no reason.

That sounds like a crazy buyer. You did them a favour and yet you still get the negative feedback...

Do not allow it to stay.

Do whatever you have to and get it removed.
