A question about opening a stealth account

As a newbie can someone answer a few doubts I have about stealth accounts?
1. To raise your £1900 limit in Paypal you need to sign a direct debit mandate. This bears the name you have on your bank account. Doesn't pp smell a rat if you pp name is different?
2. "stealth" advise using a similar name in pp as your bank name by changing, perhaps, one syllable. If I buy a stealth account the name would probably be far removed from mine. Wouldn't my bank worry about this?
3. If I have several stealth accounts how do I overcvome the problem of telephone numbers. It costs about £50 to hve second line. Will pp and eb accept mobile phones?

1. No you don't. To verify your Paypal you need to submit a direct debit agreement electronically. You can't raise £1900 limit until the account is verified with a bank account.
2.Totally different names - not a problem with the banks that are good for stealth.
3. Mobiles can be used - landlines are better. Why do you need to install a new phone line? Look at call forwarding services - Soho66 or Tamar.

Obliged to you for taking the trouble to respond.
When I pressed the button in PP to complete the DD form my name was shown in full on the form. Don't PP see that?
Forgive an old man for being behind the times but I haven't a clue how Soho66 works.
I need to do a lot more studying before I go ahead with stealth I think!
