MC019 Notification Vero: Patent Copy right
 

Hi Guys,

I got done for MC019 by Vero. Now its Small Sellers / vs Big Seller. Vero is in Question.

We as resellers are heading for class action against one of the ebay biggest seller. He pulled off 7 listings of from all of us. His patent has nothing to with the product selling. He send us a generic type threatening letter to all of us. He doesnt know who we are. On our second email he is now ignoring our emails and not responding . he did mention he will take me in court and i send in my second email Let me challenge you. Now he is ignoring us. Spoken to ebay and now ebay is in question with his vero program as well.

Questions he need to answer :
on what basis he pulled the listing down?
in his letter who is he to judge my conduct?
Why he is not supplying us relevant answers?
Why is he threatening us?
Patent says one thing and he says different completely?
What and on what basis he pulled the listing off?
Did he buy my product to compare?
Did he check his patent with my listing?

There is like 10 more questions he need to answer . We have a solicitor involved already. We will get him.

We now have quesioned ebay as well about there Vero Verification Program

Damages being sought from both parties.

I will update in few days to see what happens.

It's good to know that there are people contesting against these Vero guys.
Yes, they often are just giants that bully the small seller, and not any more legitimate than the small seller.

I wish it was just a talk.

This issue is a real headach. Either deal with it all the way or accept the damage done. But we decided to deal with it

This is a very dangerous move what 7 of US have done. Situation is Like Do or DIE. We either can be exposed or benefit from the entire saga

Were we are up to. Last letter received from the Guy who who gave us M019. Through searches through lot of forums we gathered Tons of information regarding this company including scraping of serial numbers of the engines he is selling. Well we do not entirely depend on this but this helps the case little bit.

We divided ourselves in 3 groups. 1 groups keeps hasseling the guy where finally he made a BIG BLUNDER and this is exactly what we were after our LISTING all it had 1 cc extra and apparently that made him the owner of the patent but in reality you can NEVER find a engine with round figure example 82 CC this 82 CC in reality is 81.768 CC and so ON.
Group 2 all it does HASSELS VERO and believe me VERO is run by bunch of MONKEYS
Group 3 collecting data of us and feeding to our solicitor who is preparing case FOR VERO FIRST then we go after the GUY.

VERO needs to answer us :

On what basis our listing removed as the MC019 says design violation where as there is NO such thing as DESIGN VIOLATION as the guy ADMITTED it is just the CC engine error.
Question to VERO : WHY they DID NOT investigate the incident before MC019 issued and under whose authority MC019 issued.
Question to VERO : Have they compared our engine to his engine? what is the proof?
List goes on.......

The guy who gave us MC019 has made tremendous errors via emails and finally we got him where he slipped out what he said just a CC advertising error.
He threatened us with ACCC with false advertising
we threatened him with Fedral Laws
Not only that we caught him out false advertising as well on one of his items he sold over 1200 items where he lied and lying to his clients about the engine input and out as we got the calculation done by a professional.
We also now have the evidence through one of his employess that he has given gifts to ebay employess now how much that is true i am NOT sure we have approached his ex employee who is an active member on different forum.

Best part i am using second account in my wife name and got a threatning email from one of the BUYER and i reported this to ebay. EBAY responded as you can see buyer is NOT happy with you at all that is the only reason. If you solve the his matter he will be happy.
So BUYER threatning me "i know where you live and this is NOT a JOKE" ebay considers this okay? well they had a good news i made it simple. Took the email to police station and did a report and send them a copy. Best part now ebay trying to contact me to apologise on there behalf and they are taking this matter extremely serious. I will let ebay chase me for few more days till i ask for official apology letter from ebay as this has cause me LOT of Grieve.
All i can say i will update you all but i am NOT backing down. I am SICK of EBay treating seller like crap and this is NOT good. Top it of in last two weeks i managed to PULL to Negative feed back OFF. Learned the secret from some one. Whoop Whoop. Back to 99.6%

When I questioned a vero mc019 eBay weren't interest even though I tried to contact the email address numerous times with no reply. They couldn't care less.

Never email the person who filed the infringement, it's a waste of time. Just contact ebay thru their vero Q&A page and request a counter notice. You'll either receive a notice, or they'll reinstate your listing after a day or two.
