Another question about stealth accounts
 

How to stealth account holders handle returns and exchanges? As a business user the address is available to buyers. They have an issue and return the goods to that stealth address. I sell clothes, sometimes the buyer wants to exchange because of size, maybe he wants a refund because he isn't happy with the purchase.

You ask him to return to your address on the box - if he does not have the box, e-mail him SEPARATELY your address (if address is suspended)

I have not done this yet, but what about putting a return slip or paper inside with the item, stating return items to the following address, being the real address not stealth. I guess you could also email them outside eb to make sure they send it there.

Where do you guys print your labels? stamps.com?

I print from paypal so I can't put my actual address as the ship from address, its my stealth address so everytime someone makes a return i have to email them my actual address. =x

Just print them to a program like snagit so you can edit it, thats what i do with PP .

Regards address, i usually add a delivery and returns address that not been added to eby before.

Paper in the box asking for feedback and info on returns.

I must authorize any and all returns.
I will not accept any returns unless I do.

Please send all items to my returns dept.
