Opened my first fully stealth ebay and paypal account!
 

Hi folks,

Guide bought Sunday morning early - first fully verified ebay and paypal stealth account started today!

One question - when I log into paypal, even though I have verified myself fully and my bank account and CC is added, it still says I need to lift limits - ive only in the last hour or so added the two bank payments - and when I click on the lift limits button all that is left is my annual withdrawal limit which is still states is £1900...

Yet when I try and do something about that I cant, because it says everything is verified and I have nothing more to do.

Is this a case that paypal will take a little time to update their systems of the new information and therefore my withdrawal limits should be lifted as with my others?

Also ebay raised my monthly from 10 items and £650 to 100 and £3500...

Im delighted, thank you so much for your hard work aspkin, GreenBean and the other mods and everyone else who posted their own experiences that gave me the push to take the chance myself.

I fully realise this is the very baby steps of a very long trek to starting over with ebay and paypal, but boy it does feel good to get the chance to do so.

Im pretty happy that my first stealth that had initial limits of 10/1000 is now 530/$12800 in less then a year without requesting increases, its not one of my main accounts but a nice 2nd string.

Sorry about the comment Sandy, I was just so excited after months of pressure which cumulated last weekend in an almost family meltdown, this was such a relief.

Ill PM GreenBean and ask if its possible to change the title of the thread as its a childish comment in hindsight.

My first is at 100/23.000$ as well which started with 10/1000$ as well, exactly 1 year old now.

Have you sent in all the documents?

Basically its in UK so EU regulation limits apply which is the 1900GB or 2500EUR.

So if you sent in the documents then it will take few days to weeks for them to review it and lift it.

I normally dont send documents in until I hit that limit. Since I get $3k payments often it means that I can get 1 payment and I hit that EU limitation. Then I send in the documents and call and within a day its opened up again.

I didnt need to send in ID docs - I managed to get ID verified no problems, so the account is showing as 100% verified.

yet it still says I need to life my limits and is showing the withdrawal limit as being £1900.

All now sorted, paypal messaged me and confirmed no limits - and to disregard the site message. :thumb:

It's a glitch. Happens frequently :pout:

Same situation opened 2 stealth accounts first account turned to business ac and got £3500 & 100 selling limit but can only list 5 designer items per month never had that before any ideas getting around that. Problem number 2 got to fax paypal photo i.d & utility bill to lift £1900 limit. Used different name and address.

Any advice would be appreciated
