Changed my ip address

Ive changed my ip address as detailed in stealth by changing my wan settings.

This new ip address is designated to my new user account on my laptop

Ive cleared all cookies and flash cookies as detailed in stealth My question is : can I go back to my own original user account and still surf the net or should I delete my old account, if I do I may delete all my other info

Thanks Even though you say I can still surf the net on my old account what about when I visit eBay as a general looker

As a general looker is FINE - just do not sign in with new account details and keep everything separate including IP.
