Additional laptop!!!!!!

Hi I've set up a new user on my laptop, I've deleted all cookies and flash cookies off my laptop, changed the wan address and now I have a new ip address, I suddenly realise after doing all this that my wife who was also banned from ebay(my fault) uses her laptop to go on the net,,

Am I correct in thinking that these laptops are linked, if so do I go and do the same to hers,,,,also can we switch user to our old accounts if we have deleted all cookies etc

New user account = good. The ip address while worrisome can be fixed somewhat by using new IP FROM NOW ON.
