verifying stealth name and address
 

Is it better to use a real name with real address (a random person), a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, or a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name with real address for stealth account? I am asking b/c of ebay starting to require calling in and verifying public database info.

I always used bogus info. Real Street but like 1 number above what there really is. I used Simon Cards to verify the Paypal and Tracfone for the phone number until established. Then I would change to Google voice. You don't want steal someones identity even for a eBay account. They do run it through a public system but that does no mean that you can not sell. As long as you buy some cheap .99 cents items from china that just never get delivered but get some buying feedback before you start selling you should be fine. That stuff gets treated as abandoned. If you buy like $1 baseball card from US seller it will get returned and they might contact you about it. If you do use the bogus info you are almost certain 10/500 selling limits for the first few months until you can build up your eBay cred. I much prefer that. I have a friend who looks up foreclosed houses and uses those addresses. I will ask him but I don't think he got any better limits to start with.
