These DVDs are not genuine.. Should I just send it back and get the money? I plan to call Ebay/ PAYPAL ... what will ebay/paypal ask me to do? Destroy it?

Why not just get a refund?

Actually, I'm surprised at you. You've been on here for HOW LONG and you buy DVD's from eBay?

You can obviously tell when someone is selling something ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or not just by looking at their current inventory/selling history.

And besides 99% of all dvds on ebay are gonna be ⊗⊗⊗⊗

Well, I buy DVDs on Ebay all the time.

Some are hard tell on their listing.

I know how to return and get the money back. 1) I donot wanna pay the return shipping fee ; 2) it is illegal for me to even ship the DVDs in the mail system?

Sounds like you want to cause the seller trouble, more than to return the product.

This is exactly what it sounds like to me too. This situation is simple, yet this person comes to the forum to freak out about it...

Not to mention, it's clear they have been here for a while and should know exactly what to do.

I thought direction of this forum was to provide more supprot for sellers. As a buyer of f*ke item...you know what should be done by reading throughout this forum.

Dont think wise to comment further - sounds like trouble.

Sounds like OP is a pain in the ass buyer, one of those demanding, confrontational type who doesn't care about ppl and everyone is guilty until proven otherwise. Not my cup of tea.

Here's your solution:

return it , get the refund and leave the seller alone.

End of story, and very simple.
