Seller Protection : Not Eligible
 

Hey guys, just noticed some payment came in to my PP account from Verified Paypal , but on the seller protection , it said "Not Eligible".

I want to ask, what factors cause the payment being "not eligible" for seller protection? Buyer is Verified.

And if it means not eligible, if something went wrong, did I still protected by Seller Protection Policy. I normally add tracking number as well.

Issue is usually the goods being sold. What are they? :spy:

Just the card and stuff I sold on this forum, and when I click on the non-eligible link,there is a small pop up and it said something like Seller Protection only for selling on Ebay, pretty much that is what they mean.

So now, PayPal didn't offer Seller Protection Outside of eBay?

Another thing that might impact the status is the address on the paypal account. If the address is not confirmed the payment is usually not protected.
Confirmed address usually means the owner of the paypal account has attached his credit card to the account. Verified usually means he has his bank account attached to it.
