VBA vs VCC differences, advantages
 

hello, can someone please explain the difference between vba and vcc? i know what they stand for but that is about it, is there an advantage to either?

vba, is a virtual bank routing code, not in your own details, you just buy it, that verifies your paypal and shows it as having a bank attached, but you cannot withdraw to it, you get money out in other ways.

vcc, is a virtual card, different types, some are prepaid and loaded with money so as well as confirming you can also pay fees with it and buy things etc or there is type you buy on this forum, that just gives you option to confirm the credit card requirement on your paypal by allowing an expuse code to be generated and you input it. Typically these cards either do not need an address assigned to them or you are able to amend the address to match the paypal.

Technically you need NONE to create the account but, to have a nice account for selling, should be verified with bank....buying only? VCC should be fine.

Advantage is to have both of them attached to your accounts.

Is there any other ways of getting money out from a stealth account other than withdrawing to a real BA or sending money?

so many are discussed on forums, search 'cash-out' - they can be risky and the middleman takes a cut....

The best option to withdraw is to withdraw to a real bank account. Many try to find other methods, but in the end I think you'll find this is the easiest and most secure way to go to make sure you get your money.

Sending to a real bank account is not only quick to get your money but also makes the account more solid.

Yes I would definitely withdraw to a real account. I'm wondering more for verification. I'm still having a little trouble understanding. Do I need both to verify paypal\ebay?

To verify a paypal.com account, you only need a bank account. To lift the withdrawal limit you need two of the following - ssn, credit card, bank account. You really don't verify ebay.. unless they ask for docs. ebay owns paypal, and they see when you have a verified paypal, and let you get away with much more.


If you're going to add your own bank account to withdraw, don't waste the money on a vba. It's not worth it. Adding two bank accounts doesn't mean a thing... One is very important, two is silly. (unless you want to withdraw to different accounts for some reason)

I dont add a real BA until I have cleared some sales and money passed hold.

First time creating account I wasted a real BA quick cause I was limited right away cause I was still learning. So id recommend going with a VBA until you get it down a bit better.

I always add both VCC and VBA for seller accounts.
