Eb and pp apps on iphone

Just a quick question for anybody who has the knowlege. I have used my current iphone 4 with my previously suspended eb and pp accounts. I was using the eb and pp apps, as well as checking emails. My accounts are now reinstated fir buying only. How does eb track you with these mobile apps? Also is there anyway they can link me if i use the iphone for tethering my laptop for my new accounts? Just wondering if they can track mobiles by number, mac addy, or sim card. I have deleted these apps and no longer use them for past 7 months. Appreciate the input.

I have to say that Paypal dooooooooooooooooooooooooo have an "id" or a long code!!!!!!!! for my iphone.... i deleted it when i logged to my paypal and they also had the times i logged using the iphone!!!!!!!!

I am just like you, not going to use the apps any-more despite that they are great.....
again i hope someone can enlighten use how to get around it....??????
how to create a "new code or id" which is different to the old one paypal has using the same iphone...?
