Default Paypal : Identify yourself or your business type

Hi,

Paypal are asking me to choose between individual consumer, sole proprietor, or business for my account.

What should I choose between sole proprietor or business? Will they ask for docs after? I still have money to withdraw should I withdraw all the money before?

Thanks.

Answer according to your business model i.e. if you are not a limited company then you are a sole trader or individual.

And if the account is in stealth details they will not be able to ID you using public records and after two attempts to do so will request photo ID and address verification documents.

There is no way to avoid it so you will have to supply them what they ask for and yes withdraw the funds before and make sure they have cleared before you submit the docs

Thanks very much. I will withdraw the money first, then choose sole proprietor, and then try to be creative.

There are potential issues as e/p do not issue statements like other card providers

That's what I thought, I will try to use an alternative.
