Setting up 2nd account
 

I've setup my first new user account as per reading the stealth on my computer and changed my mac numbers and now have my new ip address linked to my new user account on my computer. I now want to create a second account, so I create a new 2nd user account on my computer and then change my mac numbers and hopefully I will have a 2nd ip address.

Where I'm confused is when I switch back to my first user account will the ip address also go back to the first new ip address ?..thanks

Why are you messing with MAC numbers?

One account per user account id the suggested norm

I use BT and get through 20 - 30 IPs a day

The important bit is that you never have the USE the SAME ip address between the two windows user account, that best way to do that is log them in a txt and save to usb stick or external hard drive so you can always check them.

to answer you question, sometimes you will, if you change back within the lease period.
