Selling Limit Question

Hey Everybody, I have an opportunity to buy accounts from 2004, im pretty sure they are just buyer accounts. If I go and create a paypal account for them and get it verified, to make the ebay buyer account an ebay seller account, would I have selling limits on it since it is so old? What is the feedback on it? And i would imagine that yes you would get a limit on them. But i like to think it would be much higher than 10/1000.

Seller limits will be applied to any account if it was only a buyers account, or even if it was at one time a seller account.

Buy the accounts and toss one to me so we can work out a plan and test then spicnspan.

i tried that before. 2010 account and i got 100/$5000
