Default black listed at most banks + in chexsystems + just opened account at TD BANK...WOW!!!

OK, I have pretty much had accounts at most banks in my past, ie: Bank of America, SunTrust, M&T, BB&T, Sandy Spring, Capital One, HSBC, PNC, Navy Federal, USAA and I am in Chexsystems for most of them. I was also black flagged for a $4000 check I deposited in my Navy Federal account this past January. The militaray banks were pretty much my last option but they were closed because of the $4000 check. Over the past couple of years I have randomly tried to open accounts at different banks just to get rejected because of Chexsystems. For god sakes I even got rejected by Walmarts 2nd Chance Banking; Wood Forest Bank... Someone today told me to try to open an account online at TD Bank. Start by opening a saving then add a checking. Went to tdbank.com and I am beyond belief but it worked!!!

I can add the savings to Paypal to verify the account and make withdraws right???

Yes you can. If i were you i would seriously stop being so careless with all of your banks. At some point you will run out of them and out of luck. What will you do then?

I am in the process of paying back all the banks to get out of Chexsystems and clean my credit up. All these accounts I had 5+ years ago. The only account I have had in the past 5 years are accounts my girl has opened for me and the NFCU and USAA accounts, but anyone can open an accounts there online...

It doesn't help having an identical twin drug addict brother that has caused 90% of the problems!

Incidentally if anyone is on chexsystems and lives in any of the 5 or so states that TCF Bank is located they'll give you an account no matter what. As long as you don't owe them money you're good to go.

first you need to find out what is the statue of limitations for checksystems to report this information. Then settle with these banks for less than you owe.

Is TD affiliated with TCF, or why you say that?

So far this week have opened up 3 checking accounts and 3 savings at TD bank and verified a Paypal account for each one with no problems. The deposits are coming through within 24 hours, super fast! As long as your not in TD Banks computer, anyone can get an account there. I'm in Chexsystems for like 5 banks and have been rejected by everyone over the past 5 years so I am pretty sure anyone can get an account there. My boy said he's got 10 accounts there for Paypal and Ebay with no problems...

You can also check this list out for banks in your state too. I use them from time to time.

Oh, I am happy you where able to find a bank that will accept you. But remember, don't F this up. When you have some money coming in, pay off the debt that you owe the other banks.

Get written proof that you payed them off, NFCU is going to take some time cuz of the amount you owe. But talk to them to see if they can't do payment plans or some lump sum. Doesn't hurt to ask for lump sum cash payment if you have the funds and they will accept it.

When everything is payed and have all the written proof says it's all payed. You can now walk into many banks and open bank accounts. There is lots of banks that will accept people with negative marks in chexsystems **BUT** they have to show written proof that all past debts at the other banks are payed off.

**Get written proof with all past bank debts payed off**

I was just letting people know that read this thread that TCF is a bank that will allow people on Chexsystems to open an account nothing more or nothing less. I never mentioned TD Bank or implied that the two banks were affiliated. Have a nice day.

UGH, well what I got out of it was Chexsystems issues and TD Bank being a good alternative; I gave another alternative. In sure just because you didn't find my post to be helpful, doesn't mean someone that is on chexsystems may have saw the thread and now has another choice. Thanks

Yes, the TCF blurb came out of nowhere, agreed.

I'm 20+ accounts with TCF, and was well aware how they operate.

Well good for you; I wasn't directing anything towards you specifically. Another member of the forum gave a link for banks that don't use Chexsystems and I was elaborating on his post. So if you would've been paying attention you might have figured out why I put it on the thread and realized that it had pertaining value. I'm sorry that a week later you still haven't figured it out.
