Does Payoneer card work for withdrawing from Stealth accounts?

The thread relating to this are quite old so I would like to hear from anyone using this Payoneer card to withdraw from stealth Paypal.
Or anyone who knows about it.

Payoneer says that their card can be used to withdraw from Paypal.
I would like to get confirmation that this works for stealth account withdrawals.
I would not use this to verify anything.
Just want to add it for withdrawal purposes only.

Never used it for paypal. But I did use it for withdrawing from Freelance. com and it worked fine. Payoneer also seems to be a well respected company. maybe I will try it for paypal.

I thought its available to anyone anywhere?
That is the point of the card - to be a global solution for people anywhere to use it to get their funds from their partner sites.
You can get it from their website.

you have to wait 15 days to withdraw to card which sucks

payoneer - to withdraw to card/atm you need to sign up for their US routing number and add it in form of US bank account on paypal.

If you can withdraw money from paypal to a credit card payonner may work.

My country's postal office is a payonner partner so I can purchase a reloadable visa in the post office and withdraw money to it - it works very well.

yeah, withdraw to card countries it may work, but US/CA/UK are not those type of countries unfortunately. Israel is lucky, can get from P.O but most countries need to get it via post....

So do you mean I can get a Payoneer card with CA routing number and withdraw from Canadian Paypal account?
I'm looking for a way to withdraw from both US and CA accounts.

no US routing, but the atm wirhdrawal could work in CA
