Why some ebay sellers do not include branded name in description?

Hi, I have noticed that some ebay sellers do not include branded name in description. For example, if they sale Lacoste shirt, they will put Brand new polo shirt size m without actually putting Lacoste.
Why do they do it???

I know the answer, I was just wondering about the RISK LEVEL?
Which account do you think has the bigger chance to get suspended the one with branded name included or the one which does not include branded name???

The one with the branded name of course
