just opened stealth account, try to list 1st item, says i've reached selling limit!?!
 

WTF, just opened stealth account last night and I try to list my first item tonight and it's saying I have already reached my selling limit for the month of July. Here's whay it says my monthly selling limits are lol "You can sell up to 0 items or up to $0.00 per month, whichever comes first. If I click on list item it just takes me to the page where I can request higher selling limits by confirming personal information or confirming established seller account. WTF is the deal with this? I've always atleast gotten a 10 item limit and now I get nothing. Whats going on here???

Paypal is fully verified as well with all limits removed...

Systems glitch. Other users have had this....

I didn't even get a chance to list an item. I went through the whole process of listing my first item and when i get to the last page to confirm my listing it's saying I reached my selling limit of "0" items and "0" dollars. I try and click submit and it takes me right to the page where I request higher selling limits. I click on My Ebay and Selling and I have a "0" item limit and a "0" dollar amount. I don't even get 10 items and $500? What should I do?

Give them a call. Tell them that you tried to list and said you couldnt. Make sure you have all of your info for that account.

I showed that thread 'cos there are glitches around.

You can try linking a cc to your eBay account as well.

I just don't wanna call them and they try to verify my identity with their "series of random questions" they ask when trying to get your selling limits raised. I used my brothers first and middle name for last name so information won't match up... I might try the live chat first tomorrow and if that don't work call.

I don't believe USA has a chat anymore. I used to have a link even though they states chat was down. Lost it and since then i have been forced to call.

Did they ask you any identity questions to verify identity or did you just tell them the problem and they fixed it???

What do you have to lose? Worst case scenario would be you either end up with an account which you cannot sell with, or leave it as is with an account which you cannot sell with anyways.

Is your pp verified? you did not state this clearly.

Yes Paypal is fully verified with bank account and debit card. Bank has been verified with the 2 small deposits and the credit card has been verified with the expuse code. Did all this last week. Thanks, bsg1979

I see that this is a glitch, so I hope it's not a problem asking my glitch related question here:
I can't edit my combined shipping preferences, and the automatic closure of an unpaid item setting either.
When I list an item in two categories, then I won't be able to remove one of them after it was listed, when I remove one of the two categories, and I click on continue it takes me to the "Start Selling" page.
I know this sounds stupid: listing an item in two categories and then removing one of them. I don't do this, only when the item expires and I would like to relist it through ebay.
This happens too when I try to add a second category to an already listed item.
Do any of you guys have the same problems? I don't want to risk a call because of these unimportant problems.
