Has anyone ever had there ebay account limits lifted, account made PS & TRS, whilst selling branded items that are obviously £$%^?

But this item for whatever reason has no problem being sold on ebay. No violations, no warnings etc?

So limits are lifted and accounts made PS and TRS manually? I was hoping that it may be a automatic process haha.

It is automatic depending on volume and $ amounts - did you read the eb website? Or havent bothered?

I have an account that sells a fairly safe foo-foo item and hope to make Powerseller & TRS. Account is in good standing.

I have a item that is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ that i sell on both amazon and ebay and I am a power seller on ebay and a featured Merchant on Amazon!

I became a PS selling handbags but eventually became suspended... I also had a PS account selling iPhones. I was buying broke iPhones, fixing them and putting new backs on them, putting them in knockoff iPhone boxes and selling them as store demos. I was selling about 25-50 of them a week making about $200 a phone. Ebay and Paypal put a restriction on my account until I faxed in all my supplier information. I made some invoices from a wholesaler with a prepaid phone # and they called and everything was verified and the restrictions were removed. About a week later they emailed me saying I couldn't sell iPhones anymore because they contacted Apple and Apple told them the company I made up wasn't an authorized wholesaler...

yeah it is possible with selected products, a senior member of this forum did it on az for years, just shows how some 'brands' are no better than the replicas, to be honest you can get suspended for all sorts of issues not just these....so why not try it out if you are confident in your product...

but when OP says successfully selling an obvious fa ke, then maybe brand owner is not interested in enforcement and also the price/product is good so customers are happy, but it would make sense you could expect to run in to trouble at some point....

there is one area of eby where this is massive.

i would say about 85% of the items sold in that area is foo-foo gray area items and there are alot of PS TRS.
