I don't see anything giving me the option to file a counterclaim. Ebay just tells me to contact the vero member at their email. Quote:

| That's what I've been asking myself. Ebay should have seen that it was a bogus claim and refused. But evidently, you all you have to do is complain and no matter how legitimate the item is it'll simply be removed by ebay.
I did email the publisher yesterday, but I don't expect them to get back to me so soon. To tell the truth, I'd be surprised if they contact me back at all. I'm fully prepared to dispute this with ebay.
If ebay is taking down used books just imagine the amount of VERO nonsense that's probably going on that we are not even aware of. For the record the book I was selling was collectible and not just some garbage used book. Maybe the publisher didn't like the fact that I was trying to make a profit off of one of their books without their consent. |
