Amazon kept the money
 

So I was locked out of the amazon seller account for 8 months,I had contacted payments-funds/amzon.com,jeff@amazon.com,no reply.Emailed numerous times,never got a reply.
So I filed a complain on bbb.They still refuse to release the money.I got theirs final answer as follows,

As previously stated, due to the nature of the violation, your account may not be reopened and funds have been reserved to cover customer disputes, chargebacks, or other claims.

yes,amazon sucks. they said they would release after 90 days,but in this case,i am afraid i have to write it off as a loss

You have to wait 90 days, and you will get it. if you were selling phake items, than that is your own fault, and i dont feel sorry for you, and you will NOT get it back.

even if he was selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗, amazon have no right to keep the money, they are not the copyright enforcers. Maybe if amazon turn the evidence over to the correct authorities and let them sieze the cash and stocks. But they will not do this as they cannot be seen as selling couterfiet goods....can they

I lost $1200 to Amazon. I kissed it good bye and moved on. I wrote it out of my budget and my life.
