Verify Paypal with virtual Visa
 
Is it possible to verify Paypal with a virtual Visa, like from Vpcode.com?

Is there anyway to withdraw money off them too?

In some countries you can verify the PayPal account with a single VCC, the problem is you are from the USA and not the Dominican Republic. In the USA and UK you are required to add a bank account in order to fully verify your PayPal account.

They are some sellers on this forum who sell "AVS VCC's", these can confirm your location and lift certain limits on your account.

I have a virtual Visa from VPcode.com and just wanted to know if these types work. I can change account details.

I also really wanted to know if you can withdraw money off virtual Visa's somehow. Maybe pay yourself somehow. :p
