I used one on Friday and the account was instantly limited. As in the very second I pressed submit.

just wonder where you guys get the 3v card from? i been looking for it in clinton, whsmith, and boots but no luck at all.

Any "Paypoint" retailer - most corner shops and garages have a terminal. A lot of staff wont even know they sell them as they are not that popular (except for amongst stealthers).
